[WATCH] ‘I’m traumatised’: Woman finds bizarre things in Albany bread
A TikToker says she recently found bizarre things in her Albany bread she bought from Checkers.
‘CAN ALBANY PLEASE EXPLAIN?’
The TikToker @ladybree7 says she’s traumatised and has contacted Albany bread who haven’t replied to her email.
She writes: “I’m traumatised. Can #AlbanyBread please explain what this is? I emailed with no response. Following the #sasko bread incident, I had faith in #Albany but found this in my bread on Sunday, the 15th of September.”
She adds that she saved it in her freezer in case they [Albany] would want to examine it.
“My husband ate out and since has been complaining of sores on his palate and hasn’t been able to eat solids properly because of the pain. He’s going for a check-up. I don’t know if it’s related, but the time similar. It’s really creeping me out.”
South Africans reveal in the comment section that the bakery probably didn’t wash the pan before baking the bread as it doesn’t appear to be a rat.
The South African reached out to Tiger Brands for a comment on Friday, 20 September.
