Charlotte ‘cried’ when Prince William grew beard for first time
Prince William revealed that his nine-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte cried when she saw his beard for the first time.

Prince William revealed that his nine-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte cried when she saw his beard for the first time. He went on to explain that he then shaved it off.
“Charlotte didn’t like it the first time. I got floods of tears, the first one I got tears, so I had to shave it off,” he said, according to People.
Prince William revealed that this happened earlier this year. However, he was convinced he could changed his daughter’s mind.
“Then, I grew it back. … I convinced her it was going to be OK,” he continued.
Prince William debuted his beard in August when he made an appearance congratulating Great Britain’s athletes on their results at the 2024 Paris Olympics, alongside his wife Princess Kate.

The Prince of Wales, William is currently in Cape Town, South Africa for the fourth annual Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony. Prince William founded the Earthshot Prize in 2020 to promote solutions to the world’s most pressing environmental challenges.
Since touching down in South Africa, Prince William has met some Springboks players and President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa.
Prince William’s wife, Kate Middleton was diagnosed with cancer. She made the shocking revelation earlier this year, but has since revealed that she has been cleared off cancer. Earlier this week a royal author revealed that she had returned to the gym after completing chemotherapy.
