Court Bans Prophet Key From Leaving Liberia
According to report, the Monrovia City Court has issued a Ne-exit Republica, preventing Prophet Key from leaving Liberia.
The court has given him a deadline to provide a criminal appearance bond or face potential imprisonment.
During the court hearing today, February 19, 2024, Prophet Key’s lawyers requested a pre-trial conference to streamline the trial process, which the judge eventually approved after initial resistance from the prosecution.
Prosecution argued for the Ne-exit Republica citing concerns that Prophet Key may try to flee the country, prompting the court to demand all of his travel documents.
