Young Apostles coach Asare Bediako blames poor officiating for defeat to Legon Cities
Young Apostles head coach Joseph Asare Bediako has criticized the officiating following his team’s 2-0 defeat to Legon Cities on Monday in the Ghana Premier League.Dennis Adoma and Rahim Yaya Abdul were both on target for Paa Kwesi Fabin’s side, securing the win at the University of Ghana Stadium. Both teams entered the match aiming for back-to-back victories after winning their previous fixtures. However, it was Legon Cities who claimed the points, moving up to 16th on the league table. In his post-match comments, Bediako expressed frustration with the referees decisions, saying: Every small thing, the referee will blow against us. You can see for yourself.”The other time in Berekum, Paa Kwesi Fabin was complaining about officiating, today it has gone his way.You see how he handed the match? Football is not played like that. You have to be fair to all the teams. As a matter of fact, the officiating, everybody saw it.
