Tuesday, February 15, 2022 – Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s son, Raila Odinga Junior, has met the ailing Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria in Dubai.
Junior bumped into Kuria in Dubai, where he has been recovering after undergoing stem cell surgery to regain his mobility after an electric blanket burnt his legs.
During their discussions, Raila’s son asked Moses Kuria to join Azimio La Umoja and help his father to get to the State House.
“Good to bump into my brother Hon. Moses Kuria in Dubai and I am happy to witness his recovery.
“I have asked him to join the winning team Azimio, tupeleke Kenya mbele pamoja,” Raila Jr. said via Twitter.
On the other hand, Moses Kuria tweeted, “On the sidelines of the Gulf Cooperation Council-Kenya Business Forum to be opened later today by President Uhuru Kenyatta.”
Uhuru began a three-day working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Monday that is focused on strengthening trade ties between Kenya and the Gulf state.
Kuria walked independently for the first time on Sunday after 137 days, following a 2021 accident that left him immobile with third-degree burns on his feet.
He is expected back in the country this week.
