You Will See Kabaka at the Appropriate Time – Katikkiro Assures Public
The Prime Minister (Katikkiro) of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga has assured the people of Buganda that they will see Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi ii at the right time.
Mayiga was responding to one concerned citizen on social media who demanded to know the whereabouts of the King.
“Where is the king? Stop fooling us,” asked one Mwoyo gwa Gwanga.
Mayiga responded on his official twitter account “Mujja kumulaba nga asiimye,” translated “You will see him when he deems it necessary.”
The concerns about the Kabaka have been growing over the past months after reports that he was not feeling well.
The speculations were also amplified by the King’s back to back travels to neighboring Kenya.
