4 cups of flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
3½ cups almond milk
½ cup olive oil
1 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat the waffle maker.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Add the oil and the non-dairy milk and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Spray your waffle iron with some cooking oil spray and cook your waffles.
Serve with ice cream.
