Tinubu appoints 7 executive directors for NTA

President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of seven executive directors for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

A statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga on Friday, gave the names of the executive directors.

They are Ayo Adewuyi, who was re-appointed Executive Director, News; Bar. Ibrahim Aliyu, Executive Director, Special Duties, and Malam Muhammed Fatuhu Mustapha, Executive Director, Administration and Training.

Others are, Mrs Apinke Effiong, Executive Director, Finance; Mrs Tari Taylaur, Executive Director, Programme; Mr Sadique Musa Omeiza, Executive Director, Engineering, and Mrs Kemi Fashina, Executive Director, Marketing.

The statement said that the appointments take immediate effect.

It further said, “President Tinubu urges the appointees to bring their wealth of experience to bear on the operations of the national broadcast station, particularly in scaling up to meet global digital standards.”
