Three killed, 14 injured in Osun crash

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed that three people died in an auto crash on Tuesday.

Spokesperson Mrs. Agnes Ogungbemi said two accidents occurred and claimed lives.

She said about 3pm, a Toyota Hiace with registration number BDS 505 XA was involved in a lone accident on Ilesha/Ile-Ife road.  Ogungbemi said one female passenger died, while 14 others were injured.

She said in another accident, two people were killed at 3am yesterday after a Toyota Camry with number plate FKJ746DU collided with a white bus marked FKJ634XW on Ife-Gbongan highway.

Ogungbemi said the injured were taken to the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching  Hospital (OAUTH) in Ile-Ife.
