Unlike the first production break before the return of season two in July, the telenovela will only be off your screen for only three weeks. It will return on Thursday 12 January 2023.
LWANDLE WINS THE MAYORAL SEAT
Things are slightly changing on the largely political telenovela as the December teasers reveal that Lwandle will win the by-elections and if previous actions are anything to by, this win has Castro written all over it.
The teasers reveal that on Monday 5 December, the winner of the by-elections is announced.
The Tuesday 6 December teaser reads:
“Lwandle is on a warpath pushing Castro to reveal his true colours to her.”

The Wednesday 7 December teaser reads:
“Castro makes Lwandle an offer, leaving her with a huge decision to make.”
The Friday 16 December teasers reads:
“Castro finds himself under Lwandle’s thumb.”
It is finally revealed that Lwandle becomes the Councillor but on Tuesday 20 December, the teaser reads: Mohau ruffles feathers around Lwandle’s absence as councillor.
Castro on the other hand is running in the Provincial Elections and unfortunately for him, Lwandle’s popularity makes him less popular.
THE ESTATE LOSING ACTORS
When the show took a break in April, it had faces such as Sdumo Mtshali and Sparky Xulu but when it came back from its two-month hiatus, those people had left .
A number of faces have since joined but are viewers going to see more faces leave when the show come back? That remains to be seen.
