Springboks: Several Boks linked with mega-money moves! – Report

A plethora of Springboks stars are linked with a game-changing new rugby league worth millions.

The Springboks are ‘Bok-to-Bok’ Rugby World Champions, ‘Bok-to-Bok’ British & Irish Lions series winners. Furthermore, they are the current holders of the Rugby Championship, Nelson Mandela plate and Freedom Cup.

So, it comes as no surprise that several players have attracted interest with mega-money involved.

SPRINGBOKS PLAYERS LINKED WITH MOVES WORTH MILLIONS

A new breakaway league, backed by a powerful American brand, is proposing a break-away league with several Springboks being targeted.

“The UK papers were full of details of unnamed American backers, who had “in principle” contracted unnamed hordes of the game’s best players for a breakaway league,”

“Apparently, 30 players have already signed on to join, which includes several World Cup-winning Boks. No names have been released,” the report read on Daily Maverick.

Therefore, they are proposing a new rugby tournament set to feature some of the world’s top stars.

Moreover, currently over 280 top rugby players from all over the world. Meanwhile, 30 players have agreed to join – in principle.

This includes several Rugby World Cup winners in Rassie Erasmus’ current Springboks squad.

Additionally, top players from the likes of New Zealand, England, Ireland and France are also linked.

“Organisers are targeting 280 of the world’s best male players. The recruitment process is underway and it is understood that around 30 players have committed in principle to joining the venture,” they added.
