Springboks BIG favourites to beat Argentina in Santiago
Leading South African bookmakers have installed the Springboks as favourites to beat Argentina in their penultimate Rugby Championship Test this weekend.
Kick-off at the Estadio Unico Madre de Ciudades is at 23:00 (SA time).
Hollywoodbets have marked up the Springboks as 1/4 favourites to triumph on Saturday, 21 September.
Meanwhile, Argentina can be backed at 3/1, with the draw after 80 minutes on offer at 25/1.
In terms of handicap, the Springboks are seen as 9.5-point favourites.
Two teams remain in title fight
The Springboks are coming off back-to-back wins over the All Blacks at Ellis Park in Johannesburg and the Cape Town Stadium in Cape Town.
Argentina, meanwhile, thrashed Australia 67-27 in their most recent outing.
The Springboks currently top the 2024 Rugby Championship standings with 18 points after four matches, with Argentina second on 10 points.
New Zealand are a distant third on seven points, and along with Australia (fourth on four points) are out of thee running for this season’s Rugby Championship title.
