Spanish side Real Valladolid donate jerseys to Ghanaian football academy African Talent
African Talent Football Academy players receive jerseys from Real ValladolidSpanish top-flight side Real Valladolid have donated some of its jerseys and other sporting equipment to Ghanaian football outfit African Talent Football Academy to boost their activities.The La Liga side are digging deep to support the activities of the Nsawam-based outfit to help in their talent discovery activities in the West African country.African Talent Football Academy has a solid partnership agreement with Valladolid who have signed some players from the Ghanaian football school notably talented defender Mohammed Salisu.Salisu joined the Spanish La Liga side after being trained at the African Talent Football Academy which is owned and managed by famous Spanish scout Fran Castano.Castano, who is widely connected in the Spanish football circles, has worked extensively in Africa, helping to discover some talented players which resulted in the interest from Valladolid in his players.Real Valladolid wanted to make a touching gesture to African Talent Football Academy in Ghana which has produced several young players for the La Liga side.El Pucela has shown that making a smile is the best gift that can be given to everyone in these difficult coronavirus times.The images of the smiling young players of the academy speak for themselvesas the kids will from this week enjoy new outfits for their training sessions and matches.Castano the irector of the academy and the main person responsible for Salisu’s arrival at Real Valladolid , recognizes the joy that has been brought about by this gesture.”We will defend it and carry it with the pride it deserves, to make the Pucela the biggest in Ghana and Africa. Today you have made us happier,” Castano wrote about the touching gestures of the Spanish club.The players of African Talent Football Academy have shot videos of their gratitude with the classic shout of encouragement to Real Valladolid – “Aupa Pucela!”.
