Award-winning South African rapper and hip-hop artist Rikhado Muziwendlovu Makhado, popularly known as Riky Rick, is topping the Twitter Trends list as rumours of his alleged suicide are doing the rounds on the social media platform.

According to Sunday World, a source close to the situation alleged that the rapper was found by his management team at about 8.30 am. Apparently, he was rushed to a nearby hospital as he was still alive.

Meanwhile, in some horrific news, the tiny body of a newborn baby was found along Plein Street in Cape Town on Wednesday morning.

The small body of the unidentified baby was found by a passer-by. According to reports, people working in the area were crying as the baby was covered by police.

It is believed the baby was thrown from a vehicle. Police could not yet confirm the sex of the baby.

In some positive news, the Veteran American actor Tom Cruise literally left his footprints in the heart of a teenager from Hoedspruit while filming Mission: Impossible 8. 

The teenager, Savanna Owtram, and her mother, Melanie, were part of a group of locals waiting to catch a glimpse of Cruise as he landed with a helicopter on Tuesday.

Rapper Riky Rick rumoured to have committed suicide

Riky Rick allegedly took his life at his estate home in the north of Johannesburg on Wednesday morning 23 February.

The teenager, Savanna Owtram and her mother, Melanie, were part of a group of locals waiting to catch a glimpse of Cruise as he landed with a helicopter on Tuesday.

Before he made his appearance, Savanna decided to draw a massive heart in the sand with the actor’s name inside.  

To her utter surprise, Tom casually walked over and chatted with the excited group of locals and thanked Savanna for the heart.
