Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar set for showdown

The events of Monday Night Raw have made it clear that Lesnar still very much has a bone to pick with the Head of the Table.

Meanwhile, after being fired as Special Council by the Head of the Table on the 17 December edition of SmackDown, Paul Heyman reunited with The Beast on Raw as the Advocate was at the side of the new WWE Champion on Monday night.

The Head of the Table had returned returned to SmackDown extremely unhappy with how things went in his absence on 17 December 2021.

After intensely questioning Paul Heyman on his loyalty, The Head of the Table hugged his Special Council, thanked him for 40 years of service to his family and then viciously fired him from The Island of Relevancy with a Superman Punch out of nowhere.

Before he could cause further damage to Heyman with a pair of steel chairs, though, Brock Lesnar emerged. After tearing through The Usos with earth-shattering F-5s, The Beast entered the ring and hit the Universal Champion with a pair of F-5s designed just for him.

Before the show went off the air, Lesnar warned Reigns that he was heading to the blue brand this week.

Now that Reigns has been officially medically cleared, find out what happens when the two titleholders come face-to-face on Smackdown on the WWE channel (DStv 128).
