2 min read

Pumpkin is such a versatile veggie to cook with. This oven-baked pumpkin fritters recipe is proof of that. We all know the traditionally deep-fried fritters. However, this oven-baked pumpkin fritters recipe is perhaps less guilty. It omits all the oil that traditionally goes with this tasty bite.

This oven-baked treat is sweet and tasty. After coming out of the oven, top it with a mouth-watering sauce and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

So, if you get tired of traditionally cooked pumpkin, or pumpkin soup or deep-fried pumpkin fritters, try our oven-baked pumpkin fritters recipe.

Definitely worth a try! If you have any leftovers, simply freeze them for later use.
