An estimated R110 million was up for grabs in the PowerBall draw on Tuesday night, 25 January. There were no jackpot winners, as has been the case for weeks, and even more money will be on the line in the next draw on Friday.
According to the PowerBall dividends, the biggest winners in Tuesday’s draw were the five players that matched five numbers for a return of R126 222,80.
They were followed by 31 players who matched four numbers plus the PowerBall for a dividend of R12 748,50.
Meanwhile, 199 781 players correctly guessed the PowerBall for R10.
The winning PB numbers were: 03, 11, 29, 32, 36 and PB: 08
In the PB PLUS draw, one person walked away with R244 793,40 after matching five numbers.
In second were the 39 players who matched four numbers plus the PowerBall for a dividend of R3930,50.
Bringing up the rear were the 184 876 players that only matched the bonus ball for R5.
The winning PB PLUS numbers were: 10, 21, 30, 39, 46 and PB: 07
Since there were no jackpot winners on Tuesday night, both jackpots rollover. The PowerBall jackpot will be worth R120 million on Friday, 28 January, while the PB PLUS kitty will stand at 10 million.
