With an illustrious career spanning years, Eben Etzebeth has quickly become one of the most celebrated rugby stars in the world.

His command of the game has wowed many and has earned him several trophies and accolades on the international stage.

EBEN ETZEBETH AND HIS WIFE ANLIA STEP OUT FOR A ROMANTIC DATE

Despite having a busy calendar like other rugby stars before him, Eben Etzebeth always finds time for his family and often shares his priceless moments on social media.

The star is trending after photos of his romantic dinner with Anlia flooded social media.

Eben and his wife, Anlia Etzebeth, seemed to have spent quality time together before the Shark clashed with Leicester in the European Rugby Champions Cup.

Anlia shared a series of photos of the picture-perfect moment they stepped out for a date. She captioned the now-viral photos, “Pappa en Mamma date night. It’s been a while.”

No doubt the photos have since gained thousands of comments and reactions since they dropped online.

Fans, fellow Wags and Springbok stars quickly flooded her comments section with heartfelt comments. Springbok captain Siya Kolisi’s ex-wife Rachel commented, “So good.”

Springbok Wag Layla Kolbe gushed over the couple with a cute emoji. However, @daniantimm said: “Wow, Anlia, can one still say you are hot.”

@joanlottering reacted: “Stunning couple! You look so beautiful! I know you enjoyed the evening out.”

On the other hand, @mmelissajane shared, ” Oh my word, how gorgeous is that bangle! Where did you get it from?”

CELEBRATING THEIR FIRST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

Earlier this year, Eben Etzebeth and his wife, singer Anlia, celebrated their first wedding anniversary in February.

The couple posted footage from their wedding day and precious moments they’ve shared.

The couple met in October 2021 through mutual friends, and it did not take long for Eben to ask for Anlia’s hand in marriage. 

In March 2022 Eben announced their engagement, showcasing Anlia’s diamond ring, with the caption; “Die begin van die res van ons lewe. Ek wou nog nooit so graag die ja woord gehoor het nie. Jyt my die gelukkigste mens op die planeet gemaak.”

This can loosely translate to “The beginning of the rest of our life. I’ve never wanted to hear the ‘yes’ word so badly. You’ve made me the happiest man on the planet.”

In February last year, the two stars said ‘I do’ in a ceremony at the La Paris Estate in Franschhoek, Western Cape, with Springbok captain Siya Kolisi and his wife Rachel among the guests.

In early January, the couple welcomed their first child.
