Minnie Dlamini to host Netflix’s ‘Love Never Lies: South Africa’
Netflix has announced that South African actress Minnie Dlamini will be hosting upcoming unscripted series Love Never Lies: South Africa.

South African actress Minnie Dlamini is set to host new unscripted Netflix series Love Never Lies: South Africa. Love Never Lies: South Africa is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on 29 November, with a subsequent episode dropping on 6 December and a reunion special airing on 8 December.
The unscripted series is shot in Knysna, Western Cape and centres around six couples, who put their love lives to test by undergoing lie detector tests.
“Renowned media personality Minnie Dlamini hosts the local adaptation of the international reality series in the idyllic setting of Knysna. Six couples put their love lives to the test by facing an eye-scanning lie detector designed to uncover the truth,” as per Netflix.
“Their commitment is further challenged by facing temptation from attractive singles. Lies unravel, hidden truths come to light, and emotions run high as bonds are pushed to breaking points. Beyond emotional stakes, a substantial cash prize of up to R1m awaits the most truthful couple,” as per Netflix.
This comes as Netflix announced two new faces joining season three of Young, Famous & African – another unscripted series.

Netflix has also shared the first look of the series in form of a teaser trailer.
