Mbadi calls for six-piece voting in Migori County

ODM Party’s Chairperson John Mbadi has called on voters in Migori County to adopt the six-piece mode of voting as he drummed up support for the Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga.

Mbadi’s move comes months after he received a scathing attack from the party members and  other officials  for advancing an anti ODM campaign in the region.

Mbadi  who  led  a team  of  ODM nominees to campaign for  their  party’s presidential campaign said  that he will not relent in his fight to see his ODM grab a number of elective posts in perceived Odinga’s strong hold .

The Suba South MP said that Azimio coalition will not deter other parties from advancing their party interests ahead  of the  General Elections.

Mbadi told Odinga’s  supporters  that  despite the irregularities that were witnessed in the party primaries,  they should come out in large numbers to vote in large numbers  in support of Odinga’s bid if they expect him to win in his fifth bid for the country’s  top  seat.

Mbadi was  flanked   by a  host   of ODM  nominees including Migori Senator Ochillo Ayacko who promised to revolutionize  the economy of the economy of Migori  County if  elected as  the  second  governor .

The ODM/Azimio la Umoja campaign team will on Friday head to Nyatike and Uriri sub-counties where the party has recently received massive resistance .
