LIBERIA: ‘Weah, A Special Person’ – Chambers Asserts

A stalwart of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC), Dr. Bhofal Chambers has described President George M. Weah as, ‘being a special person’.

Dr. Bhofal Chambers is concomitantly the Speaker of the 54th Legislature, House of Representatives, and the Representative of District # 2, Pleebo Sodoken, Maryland County.

The Maryland County Lawmaker has said, amidst the challenges of the country coupled with the form of dangerous political propaganda campaigns by some political opposition figures in the country, the President has maintained his calm and has been doing a great job for the betterment of the Liberian people.

Dr. Chambers was speaking recently in Monrovia when he was honored by the central administration employees of the House of Representatives at the Capitol Building in Monrovia for his stewardship.

According to the Capitol Building Employees the workings of Dr. Bhofal Chambers as Speaker of the 54th National, have brought colossal positivity to the central administration, and even to the benefit of others at the Capitol Building.

During the occasion, Dr. Chambers averred that whilst he acknowledges the level of good working relationship by, and between his colleagues making up the Houses Leadership, President George M. Weah as head of the Executive Branch of Government, has kindled a better spirit of coordination with the 54th Legislature.

Last Wednesday, upon President Weah’s return to the country following Liberia’s participation in the summit of Head of States and Governments at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, the United States of America, Speaker Chambers intoned that he believes that the President’s presentation at the UN General Assembly was profound and intriguing.

Dr. Chambers says the President expatiated the Liberian story well under the CDC reign, despite the spillage of dangerous political propaganda in the Liberian society sponsored by some opposition persons. According to Speaker Chambers, the President was not distracted and his speech highlighted the Liberian scenario, and it encapsulated the country’s democratic efforts, good governance, economy, security, health, and the infrastructural challenges of the Country.
