Liberia Receives Huge Medical Equipment From Parks Medical Corporation

The Government of Liberia (GoL) has received a huge donation of medical equipment from the Owner and President of Parks Medical Corporation (PMC), David B. Parks, who is based in Eastern Washington, the USA. This is a result of a working visit to Washington State by the Deputy Director for Administration of the Liberia National Fire Service, Hon. Gabriel Nmah, Sr. in June 2020, when he met President Parks at which time, he [President Parks] initiated the discussion with Director Nmah to offer the donation of medical equipment to Liberia. The cost of the Medical  Equipment is placed at a little over US$80,000. Prospects are high that Liberia could benefit from more medical supplies in the future from President David B. Parks and his corporation (PMC) given the discussion held.

Meanwhile, the donation is currently in the possession of the Liberian Community in Washington State pending shipment to Liberia for onward presentation to the ministry of health.

President Parks is a renowned American businessman and philanthropist. He has also made similar donation to other African countries. Some of the specialized medical equipment donated Liberia are:
