Liberia: Midfielder Toni Emmanuel Joins Cameroonian Side Colombe Sportive Du Sud

One Liberian player who have been constant in form is Cameroon-based Liberian midfielder, Toni Achu Emmanuel.
The former Mighty who has been playing in Cameroon has joined another Elite Club in Cameroon Colombe Sportive Du Sud.
Achu signed a one-season deal from PWD Football Club after playing a key role in the team’s participation in the Cameroonian league.
The Liberian midfielder leaves PWD after a season during which he played 28 games for the Abakwa Boys.
He helped PWD finished 11th place in the first league of Cameroonian during his time at PWD Toni play left 28 out of 28 matches and provided three assists and score a goal missing only 15 minutes of football last season.

Colombe Sportive Du is currently in the final of the Cameroonian Cup and Toni is hoping to help his new team win the cup.
Prior to his move to Colombe there were several requests from many MTN elite one clubs including Dynamo de Douala, Canon sportif of Yaoundé, but the Liberian midfielder preferred the South dove for a new challenge.
He is expected to bring his touch to the already choked staff of coach Richard TOWA
Speaking to FrontPage Africa Newspaper from his base in Cameroon the Former Mighty Electron and Toni FC player said he is happy to take another challenge in his career.
When asked about his feeling join Colombe” Toni said. Good it’s a good team with a good project and an experience coach from Germany,”
I bring experience and hard work, it’s a team that want to win trophies so I am going to help the team in their project” Toni said.
The hard-working Liberian midfielder said he is working very hard with his teammates to win the Cameroonian Cup.
Commenting on the national team of Liberia, he said it’s is dream to represent Liberia one day if the chance is given him.
He said sometime he feel disappointed when he’s not call after playing week in and out but always motivate himself and keep working because one day his time will come.
