Via UnplayableZA, Burundian coach Cedric Kaze is a top candidate to work alongside head coach Nasreddine Nabi as his new assistant. The pair know each other well after working together for Yanga SC. Kaze is the former Burundi National Team coach and has worked with the U17s, U20s and U23s.

Chiefs to ditch The Ox on D-Day?

According to SABC Sport, Chiefs are discussing a loan move with promoted Magesi FC for Sibongiseni Mthethwa. ‘The Ox’ moved to Naturena from Winelands side Stellies exactly a year ago.

“Kaizer Chiefs and Magesi FC are in discussions over a possible loan deal for midfielder Sibongiseni ‘Ox’ Mthethwa before the transfer window closes on Friday night, SABC Sport has been informed. Chiefs are understood to have informed Mthethwa he is surplus to requirements under new coach Nasreddine Nabi and have been offering him to several clubs in the Premier Soccer League.”

Meanwhile, Amakhosi will be eager to follow up on their win over Gallants as they look ahead to upcoming tests.
