Kaizer Chiefs: One step closer to signing Zungu?

Kaizer Chiefs are one step closer to making an offer for ex-Sundowns star, Bongani Zungu.

Kaizer Chiefs are willing to consider signing Zungu if they can clear out a couple of midfielders.

Now, Sibongiseni Mthethwa has been transfer listed. Meanwhile, another Chiefs midfielder is set to be offered to PSL rivals in a bid to sign this red-hot star.

CHIEFS CLOSER TO ZUNGU MOVE

Chiefs are willing to look at making an offer for Zungu on one condition.

That they release a couple of midfielders.

“If both Mdantsane and Mthethwa leave that would open space for the club to sign either Nduli or Zungu or even both of them if need be,” the insider stated on SoccerLaduma.

Furthermore, as mentioned, Mthethwa has been transfer listed. Whilst, Mdantsane is set to be offered to Stellenbosch FC as part of their offer for Sihle Nduli.

Therefore, Chiefs are likely going to have the space to bring Nduli, or Zungu – possibly both stars to Naturena.

AMAKHOSI SERIOUS ABOUT NDULI DEAL

Chiefs have identified Nduli as one of their main transfer targets.

Moreover, they are already planning an offer including their own player (Mdantsane) + cash.

So, the fact that they are offering a player as well as cash in tandem with early planning, means they are serious about bringing the Stellies midfielder to Naturena.
