Kaizer Chiefs latest | Amakhosi’s FIVE new signings SPOTTED at Naturena!

Kaizer Chiefs are close to announcing and unveiling at least FIVE new signings in the coming weeks after they were spotted at Naturena.

According to FarPost, Njabulo Ngcobo, Sibusiso Mabiliso, Kgaogelo Sekgota, Phathutshedzo Nange and Sifiso Hlanti were at the club’s headquarters on Tuesday.

The publication further reports that the quintet were given Chiefs’ pre-season programme, and will be with the team in Polokwane from July 3.

Ngcobo, Hlanti and Sekgota featured for Swallows FC this past season, and had been heavily linked with possible moves to Chiefs.

What would come as a shock to many would be the news that Ngcobo appears to have concluded a deal to Chiefs.

That’s because Mamelodi Sundowns were reported to be interested in the Bafana Bafana international, so much so that they were willing to break the bank for his signature.

Hlanti and Sekgota were almost done deals after Chiefs reached an agreement in principle with them before the start of last season.

Nange also had an agreement with Chiefs in 2020, before putting pen to paper on a one-year deal with Stellenbosch FC.

His acquisition was confirmed by former coach Gavin Hunt earlier this year, and him being spotted at Naturena confirms he is indeed a Chiefs player.

Mabiliso, a South Africa youth international, recently left AmaZulu to link up with Chiefs and end speculation over his future.
