Kaizer Chiefs have been handed a massive boost in their pursuit of signing Bafana Bafana and Golden Arrows winger Pule Mmodi!
Chiefs have been handed a huge boost in their pursuit of Mmodi as Arrows have not renewed his contract according to Goal.
This is compiled by two major factors – Mmodi confirmed that he wants to join Chiefs and the January transfer window is around the corner…
CHIEFS HANDED MMODI BOOST
Is this a sign of things to come?
Arrows have not renewed Mmodi’s contract with Amakhosi interest looming large and the transfer window just over a month away.

Arthur Zwane is said to have a keen interest in the speedy and skillful Arrows winger as he searches for back-up to Kgaogelo Sekgota.
Furthermore, the eThekwini based outfit have confirmed that everything is on hold until January – when Chiefs are believed to want to sign the winger.
NO CONTACT MADE BY AMAKHOSI YET
“Everything is on hold at the moment until January. There are no contract renewal talks between us and Arrows,’ the source confirmed.
However, Amakhosi have not made official contact for the player either, although this could change very soon given the interest shown from Amakhosi management since the last transfer window.
“We are not in talks with any club at this present moment,” the insider from Arrows confirmed.
As previously mentioned, this is likely to change come January. The same can be said for Mmodi’s current situating at Arrows but he is keen to join Chiefs and he is what they need.
Zwane made it clear that he needs a back-up to Sekgota, a dangerous and clinical forward and another midfielder.
Mmodi shares all of these traits as an attacking midfielder and winger. Therefore, a move to Naturena is looking more likely than ever before.
Do you think Amakhosi should sign Pule Mmodi in January?
