Joseph Paintsil praises LA Galaxy for support ahead of Western Conference finals

Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil has expressed gratitude towards Los Angeles Galaxy for their support since his move from Belgian side KRC Genk.Speaking after Galaxy’s commanding 6-2 victory over Minnesota United, which secured their spot in the MLS Western Conference finals, Paintsil highlighted the positive influence the team and coaches have had on him.”Every time I make a mistake, the coaches encourage me to keep going. They help calm me down, and Im really grateful for that,” Paintsil said.He also appreciated the club’s understanding, especially when they gave him time off to visit his family, something he noted wouldnt have been possible at his previous club in Belgium.LA Galaxy will face Seattle Sounders in the Conference Finals, with the first leg set for Sunday, December 1.Paintsil, who has scored 13 goals in 32 MLS appearances in 2024, has been instrumental in the team’s playoff run.
