Isiolo County launches gender equality policy

Isiolo County has unveiled a gender policy that will govern the process of implementation of various projects and programs that are gender-specific within the county. The Policy has been achieved through partnership between the County department of gender and social services, and a host of development partners in a process that lasted four years.
