Kampala, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | A car-free day event was held in the streets of Kampala on Saturday to underscore the need for sustainable urban environments. Cycling and basketball games dominated the event with over a hundred participants. The disabled appeared on the streets, got involved in various games especially basketball.
