Iâm unhappy with the few goals I have – Hamza Issah
Hearts of Oak striker Hamza Issah has expressed his disappointment with his current goal tally, stating that he is unhappy with the few goals he has scored so far.Hamza’s current form is a far cry from his impressive performance last season, where he scored 13 goals in 28 matches in the Ghana Premier League. This season, he has managed to score only three goals in 12 games, a statistic that indicates a dip in form.”If there is anything that is currently not making me happy, then that has got to do with the few goals I have scored so far. I am rather working extra hard so I can score more to make me extra happy because that will mean a lot,” Hamza said in an exclusive interview with Hearts Communications.Despite his disappointment with his goal tally, Hamza emphasised that he is happy at the club and has a smooth relationship with the board, management, technical team, teammates, and fans.”This comes to me as strange. I have not had any discussions with any individual on such issues as being alleged. If I have any issues, I will walk to the management to trash it out rather than talk to an outsider who does not have any authority and can’t help me in any way,” Hamza said.Hamza also stated that his focus is on the upcoming games and making the Phobians happy. “We are more focused on our responsibilities because there are big games ahead we have to deal with to put smiles on the faces of all Phobians.”
