RuffTown Records act Wendy Shay has welcomed new RuffTown Records act with a sweet speech.
The Record Label, RuffTown Records has been mainly holding down female acts since the beginning of its existence though it did have some male acts, the record label decided to push the females more.
The new act who goes by the name Kiki Marley is said to have joined the RuffTown Records Label and expected to deliver her best to push her career and the label to another level.
