Deputy President William Ruto says he has never absconded duty and his tours are practical parts of boardroom theories. Ruto who led his Kenya Kwanza Alliance for a series of rallies in Kakamega urged Kenyans to vote for development and shun leaders he described as deceitful. The Alliances’ leaders say their opponents have no track record to show for the positions they have held in the country and should be rejected come elections. Wycliffe Oketch reports.
