Futsal: Aidenal SOSA Gets Off the Mark

Aidenal SOSA Futsal Club registered their maiden victory in the shortened 2021 Futsal Super League after overcoming debutants KJT 8-5 on matchday three on Saturday at Old Kampala Sports Arena.

A quadruple from Marvin Kavuma, Kenneth Kisiro brace and strikes from Dennis Kalanzi and Jerome Lubega secured the first win for the Entebbe based side.

Billy Nkata scored twice for Kampala Junior Team (KJT) while other goals came through Abbas Kyeyune, Edrisa Kabonge and Emmanuel Sempijja.

Aidenal had registered two consecutive defeats to Mengo Futsal Club (8-3) and Big Talent Soccer Academy (3-2) in the previous two rounds.

Kampala Junior Team lost 7-2 to Big Talent Soccer Academy and 3-1 to Mengo Futsal Club. They remain winless in their opening three games.

Now on three points in the third position of the Albert Nile group, Aidenal will play against Mengo Futsal Club next Saturday as bottom-lined KJT seek solace against Big Talent Soccer Academy.
