Celebrating Rafa Nadal as Roger Federer’s co-equal
We celebrate Rafael Nadal today for his great achievements in the world of Association Tennis.
He recently captured his 13th French Open record title to tie rival Roger Federer for the male tennis player’s single most Grand Slam titles.

He recently beat Novak Djokovic to win his 13th French Open Title.
Both Nadal and Federer have won 20 grand slam titles now, but with this hard work, the Spanish sportsman deserves special praise.

On June 5th 2005, Rafa defeated Mariano Puerta to win his first grand slam. He equaled Mats Wilander’s record as the only person to have won it on his first attempt.
Nadal has won 20 Grand Slam singles titles, tied with Roger Federer for the most in history for a male player, as well as 35 ATP Tour Masters 1000 titles, 21 ATP Tour 500 titles and 2 Olympic gold medals.
He won gold in singles at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and then doubles at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

In the Open Era, Nadal holds the record for the longest single-surface win streak.
For the most Grand Slam titles won without losing a set of four, all at the French Open, as well as the all time record (male or female) for the most titles at a single Grand Slam event, he also holds the all-time male record.
His total prize money is US$122,905,214.
