The Confederation of African Football has appointed match officials from Somalia to handle the CAF Champions League first leg tie between Vipers Sports Club and Al Hilal Omdurman.
The Uganda Premier League champions will play host to Al Hilal Omdurman (Sudan) in the preliminary round one slated for Saturday 28th November at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
Vipers Sports Club will then make a trip to face Al Hilal Omdurman in the return leg scheduled for Saturday 6th December in Khartoum.
CAF has appointed Hassan Mohamed Hagi as the centre referee and will be deputized by Hamza Abdi and Suleiman Bashir as the first and second assistants.
Omar Abdulkadir Artan will be the fourth official while Kenyan David Gikonyo Mwangi is the match commissioner.
The aggregate winner will face either Asante Kotoko (Ghana) or Nouadhibou (Mauritania) on the second preliminary round.
