BMMC Awards Certificates To Several of Its Employees
Several employees of Bea Mountain Mining Corporation (BMMC) have been awarded certificates of achievement for completing a capacity building training in scaffolding and blasting. The training was conducted under the auspices of BMMC’s Health and Safety Department and professional experts who came from abroad.
According to Management, these trainings certificate programs will not be limited, but will be done continuously to cover all mining activities and workers.
Bea Mountain Operations Manager, Mr. Engin Turhan, Deputy Operations Manager, Mr. Emre Kuyu, Health and Safety Manager Shadrach Fahnbulleh, Human Capacity and Development Manager Oliver Gipli, among others attended the certification program which was held on Sunday, 3rd November 2024 at the Camp David Recreation Center, in Kinjor, Grand Cape Mount County.

Manager of BMMC Mr. Engin Turhan said the biggest vision of Senior Management is to ensure that employees of the Company get the necessary capacity building training.
Mr. Turhan stated that one of the most important things Bea Mountain considers is the education of its employees in building a career for them.
“We started this training with you, but by the grace of God we will continue it. Today we did not only come here to give you certificates, these certificates are truly a demonstration of your hard work, efforts and your consistency at your work place” Mr. Turhan asserted.
The BMMC Operations Manager used the occasion to thank the Health and Safety Department, and all those who contributed in making the training a success.
