Big boost to RAILA ODINGA as NYS looter, ANNE NGIRITA, joins Azimio La Umoja Movement – PHOTOS

Tuesday, February 15, 2022 – Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s Azimio La Umoja movement has received a huge boost after National Youth Service (NYS) scandal prime suspect, Anne Ngirita, joined the bandwagon.

Initially, Ngirita who had expressed interest in vying for Nakuru County Woman Representative had joined Deputy President William Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) but on Tuesday, she dumped the party and joined Jubilee Party.

Jubilee Party is under Azimio La Umoja movement and Ngirita, who is accused of looting millions of shillings from NYS, said she will use the ruling party to vie for the seat.

However, according to sources, Jubilee Party has denounced Ngirita barely an hour after she joined the party.

A source said the party leadership rejected Ngirita, saying she has to get clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
