Bea Mountain Mining Company-(BMMC) Awards Certificates to Employees

KINJOR-Bea Mountain Mining Company-(BMMC) has awarded certificates to Several of Its employees for their outstanding performances.

They were awarded certificates of achievement for completing a capacity building training in scaffolding and blasting. The training was conducted under the auspices of BMMC’s Health and Safety Department and professional experts who came from abroad.

According to Management, these training certificate programs will not be limited, but will be done continuously to cover all mining activities and workers.

Bea Mountain Operations Manager, Mr. Engin Turhan, Deputy Operations Manager, Mr. Emre Kuyu, Government Community Affairs Manager, Alpaslan Özbilge and other managers attended the certification program which was held on Sunday, 3rd November 2024 at the Camp David Recreation Center, in Kinjor, Grand Cape Mount County.

Speaking during the presentation of certificates to the workers, the Operations Manager of BMMC Mr. Engin Turhan said the biggest vision of Senior Management is to ensure that employees of the Company get the necessary capacity building training.

Mr. Turhan stated that one of the most important things Bea Mountain considers is the education of its employees in building a career for them.  “We started this training with you, but by the grace of God we will continue it. Today we did not only come here to give you certificates, these certificates are truly a demonstration of your hard work, efforts and your consistency at your work place” Mr. Turhan asserted.

For his part, the BMMC Operations Manager commended the Health and Safety Department, and all those who contributed in making the training a success.
