Asante Kotoko announce signing of Sudanese forward AbdoelKarem AbdoelRahman Yoouef Yagoub

Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of Sudanese forward AbdoelKarem AbdoelRahman Yoouef Yagoub.The striker joins the Porcupine Warriors on a year contract with the option of a further year from Hay Alwady of Sudan.Yoouef Yagoub is expected to bolster the attack of the Kumasi-based giants following the departure of last season’s top scorer Steven Dese Mukwala.The Reds are in a rebuilding stage after releasing over 22 players at the end of a torrid campaign.Yoouef Yagoub becomes the first signing of the window as the former Ghanaian champions do early business ahead of the upcoming campaign.The Sudanese forward could make his debut for Asante Kotoko in the Democracy Cup against Hearts of Oak on July 17, 2024.Others players expected to join the club in the coming days are Great Olympics duo Benjamin Asare and Emmanuel Antwi.
