Arthur Zwane once again fulfilled the role on Sunday against Sekhukhune United with head coach Stuart Baxter unavailable due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Zwane oversaw Amakhosi’s 2-0 win at the FNB Stadium against Sekhukhune United, thanks to goals from Nkosingiphile Ngcobo (25th minute) and second half substitute Phathutshedzo Nange (87th minute).

The win moved Kaizer Chiefs up into second place in the standings.

Kaizer Chiefs will next be in action against Royal AM

Last season, following the sacking of then coach Gavin Hunt, Zwane led Kaizer Chiefs to victory in the final two matches of the season – which helped secure a spot in top eight and a berth in this season’s MTN8 tournament.

Kaizer Chiefs will next be in action away against Royal AM on Sunday, 19 December.

Kick-off is scheduled for 15:30.
