The marriage function was graced by President Museveni’s brother, Gen Salim Saleh.
The lovebirds, who met at University in Malaysia, are expected to wed later this year.
Tumukunde, a lawyer who fought in the NRA bush war and served as head of Intelligence, fell out with Museveni when the latter sought a third term in office.
