About 500 fans were at the Ohene Ameyaw Park to support Eleven Wonders- Dwarfs coach

 Ebusua Dwarfs coach Ernest Thompson has confirmed that Eleven Wonders home venue Ohene Ameyaw Park was opened to the public as fans were present during matchday two of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.Ghanas Sports Ministry and the Football Association had issued out a directive for all games to be held behind closed doors ahead of the league start due to the rising cases of the COVID-19.According to Dwarfs coach, contrary to the directive on games behind closed doors about 400-500 spectators were at the venue to support Techiman Eleven Wonders in this matchday two fixture.In the game played on Friday, television footage also showed fans at the stadium cheering the home side which is in breach of the directive from the Ghana FA.It would have been better if they opened a free gate. There were a lot of people at the venue yesterday. There were about 400-500 spectators at the venue, he Happy FM.At the Cape Coast Sports Stadium, the rules are adhered to so I dont see why it’s not being applied here in Techiman, he added.The Ghana Football Association has issued out the number of persons to be at the venue on match day per the directive on games behind closed doors.
