Daniel OgunmodedeNigeria coach,Daniel Ogunmodede says they are well equipped ahead of their game against Ghana in the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).For the second time in a row, the two rivals will battle for a place in the CHAN tournament.Nigeria will be hosted on Sunday, December 22 at the Accra Sports Stadium before the return leg at theGodswill Akpabio Stadium on Saturday, December 28.Speaking ahead of the game,Ogunmodede said they have worked diligently and passionately ahead of the game, adding that they are well-equipped for the game.”Considering the critical nature of this upcoming two-legged tie against Ghana, we have been working diligently and passionately in our preparation,” he told CAFOnline.”We are focused on honing our strengths, addressing weaknesses, and strategizing specific tactics tailored to face Ghana’s formidable team.”The players have shown great commitment and dedication during training sessions, and were confident we are well-equipped to face the challenge head-on,” he added.The game has been scheduled for 15:00 GMT.Ghana previously beat Nigeria on penalties two years ago to secure a spot in the last edition of the CHAN tournament, before suffering a quarterfinal exit at the tournament.The 2024 African Nations Championships (CHAN) in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
