Alien Skin Loses His Iconic Dreadlocks After Luzira Prison Check-in
By BigEyeUg Team
Popular Ugandan artist Alien Skin, known for his eccentric style and signature dreadlocks, has been sent to Luzira Government Prison, where his iconic hairstyle was trimmed off upon arrival.
The development has left fans and members of the Fangone Forest camp in shock and frustration.
Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, is set to spend over two weeks in jail following allegations of assault and robbery.
Contrary to earlier reports suggesting his remand stemmed from an incident involving a doctor at Nsambya Hospital, it has emerged that he was incarcerated due to a complaint filed by Mubiru Hassan.
According to court records, Hassan accused Alien Skin of assaulting and robbing his son, Sharim Mubiru, at MH Restaurant in Makindye, a suburb of Kampala.
Hassan claims the artist had been evading arrest before being apprehended and brought to court.
“He has been on the run despite being on the police’s most wanted list for other cases as well,” Hassan stated, adding that the family is relieved to see the case move forward.
The two-week remand has cast uncertainty over Alien Skin’s upcoming projects, leaving fans eagerly awaiting updates on his legal situation and musical career.
