Bibiani Goldstars will welcome Bechem United at the Dun’s Park on matchday 5 of the Ghana Premier League with hopes of maintaining their unbeaten start to the season.The Miners held champions Samartex in midweek in their outstanding matchday two encounter to make it four games with a loss, having won two and drawn two games.Meanwhile, Bechem United secured their first win of the season on matchday four after beating Dreams FC at the Nana Gyeabour Park. The Hunters started the season with back-to-back draw before a defeat in Legon against Hearts of Oak.Both clubs have lost some players before the start of the season, but replaced them with youngsters for the new campaign.Games between the two sides have been keenly contested and in the six times they have met in the Ghana Premier League, Goldstars and Bechem have each won two games with the other two matches ending in draw.Goldstars will count on the experience of veteran defender Vincent Atingah, who won the Premier League with Medeama SC.Well, what I will say is that Bechem is a good club and very good team; we cant underrate them, but as time goes on, the season changes, and players go and players come, so I think whats important for us is to remain focused and determined,” said Atingah ahead of the game on Sunday.
