Hearts of Oak technical team and players disappointed with back-to-back defeats â Aboubakar Ouattara
Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has revealed that both the players and the technical team are disappointed with their defeats in the teams opening two games of the Ghana Premier League.Ouattara has come under strong pressure from fans after those losses, with supporters calling for his sacking.Hearts lost 1-0 to Berekum Holy Stars on matchday one and suffered another 1-0 defeat on the road to Heart of Lions in their second game.Speaking ahead of the weekend clash against Bechem United, Ouattara said, “We played two matches and didnt get a chance to win. We are always thinking about the players and the technical team.”We are disappointed, but I believe we have a long way to go. We need to come together and focus on the same goal to achieve what we need.We need to win matches to improve our position and think about the future.Hearts of Oak sit bottom of the Ghana Premier League table after two games and face Bechem United in their next game on Sunday at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
