2025 AFCON Qualifiers: We can beat every opponent in Group F – Ghana coach Otto Addo

Otto AddoGhanas national team head coach, Otto Addo, has expressed confidence that the Black Stars are capable of defeating every opponent in Group F of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.Reflecting on the teams recent performances, Coach Addo believes Ghana has shown the potential to secure victories in the remaining fixtures.So far, the Black Stars have played three matches in the qualifiers.After suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Angola in their opening game, Ghana followed up with a 1-1 draw against Niger and a goalless draw with Sudan.Despite the mixed results, Coach Addo remains optimistic, citing the teams dominant displays in the matches against Angola and Sudan.I think its good Angola won against Niger, and now the situation is still in our hands. We need to win this match tomorrow, and once we are second, I think we all know and have seen that we can beat all of those teams weve played against. Its still in our own hands, and thats what were aiming for, Coach Addo said in a pre-match interview.Ghana is set to face Sudan in a crucial Round 4 qualifier on Tuesday, October 15, in Libya. The Black Stars will be looking to secure their first win of the campaign and strengthen their position in the group.The match is scheduled to kick off at 13:00 GMT.
