Didi DramaniBlack Galaxies head coach,Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says they have developed a team philosophy ahead of their game against Nigeria.Ghana will clash with their rivals in the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) playoffs.The first leg of the much-anticipated game is scheduled for Sunday, December 22 at the Accra Sports Stadium with kick-off scheduled at 15:00 GMTbefore travelling for the return leg which is scheduled for Saturday, December 28 at theGodswill Akpabio Stadium.Speaking ahead of the game, Didi Dramani spoke about the team building and the philosophy they have developed.”First of all, a team is not just built overnight. You have to craft it carefully,” he told CAFOnline.”We have worked on creating a strategic structure with a clear team culture that emphasizes professional communication among the technical staff, players, management, and the football association.”Weve developed a team philosophy aligned across all levels, focusing on defensive and attacking phases, and progressively introducing these aspects in training sessions.”This strategic framework ensures our players and staff are well-oriented before the game,” he added.The2024 African Nations Championships (CHAN) in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.Ghana previously beat Nigeria on penalties two years ago to secure a spot in the last edition of the CHAN tournament, before suffering a quarterfinal exit at the tournament.
