Ebusua Dwarfs coach Ernest Thompson-QuarteyMysterious Ebusua Dwarfs coach Ernest Thompson-Quartey has hit out at officiating in his outfits 2-0 loss against Techiman Eleven Wonders on Matchday 2 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League.Dwarfs pummeled to their first defeat of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season after losing 2-0 to high-flying Eleven Wonders at theOhene Ameyaw Park Park on Friday.Veteran defender Tetteh Nortey put Eleven Wonders ahead from 12 yards in the 31st minute after a contentious call by refereeJoshua Samadji.The hosts sealed the maximum points courtesy a close range finish from super-sub Samuel Okraku on the 90th minute mark.During his post-match presser, Dwarfs gaffer Thompson-Quartey did not hold back his fire against referee Samadji.It was a poor officiating from the referee. How could he have given that ball as penalty when the player didnt stretch his arm, Thompson-Quartey lamented.At this level of the game, you cant be commenting such mistakes, it is embarrassing. We need to do more with in regard to officiating.The referee again showed my player [George Asamoah] a red card meanwhile the incident that got my player out of the match repeated itself with one their players but the referee only brandished a yellow card, its unfair.The result left Dwarfs in 15th position with just a point from two games while Eleven Wonders move to the summit of the log with 4 points.
